At Live with Power Hypnosis Training Institute, we are committed to delivering the full advertised curriculum for the program in which you enroll, together with a professional training environment, guided practice, and clear standards for certification.

Training Guarantee

Live with Power Hypnosis Training Institute guarantees that the advertised curriculum for the applicable training program will be delivered in full.

Training may include instruction, explanation of concepts, demonstrations, guided exercises, group practice, case-based application, and opportunities for questions and clarification, as appropriate to the program.

Participants will be given reasonable opportunities to practice the skills taught during the training.

Certification is awarded only to participants who attend as required, participate appropriately, complete the program requirements, and demonstrate the competency standard required for the certification. Enrollment in a program does not guarantee certification.

If Live with Power Hypnosis Training Institute materially fails to deliver the advertised curriculum for the enrolled program, the participant may request an appropriate remedy. Any remedy may include completion of missing training components, transfer to a comparable future training, credit toward a future program, or a refund, as determined by the Institute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Participant Responsibilities

To remain eligible for certification, participants must attend the training as required, participate in exercises and group practice where required, follow training instructions, and conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

No refund will be issued on the basis of non-certification where a participant did not attend, did not sufficiently participate, did not complete the required training components, failed to meet competency standards, or was removed for disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email via my contact page.

A cancellation request is effective on the date it is received.

If written notice of cancellation is received 30 or more days before the program start date, tuition paid will be refunded less:

A $100 administrative fee, and the $350 certification and materials fee, which is non-refundable once registration materials, manuals, certification processing, or related administrative preparation has begun, and
any other non-refundable shipping, printing, or payment processing fees clearly disclosed at the time of registration.

If written notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days before the program start date, no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Failure to attend the program, failure to complete the program, or failure to meet certification requirements does not entitle a participant to a refund.

Transfers

A registration may be transferred one time only to a future offering of the same program, subject to availability, provided written notice is received before the program start date.

Any transferred registration must be used within 12 months of the original program date, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Institute.

Administrative, certification, and materials fees already incurred remain non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following fee is non-refundable once incurred:

Certification and materials fee: $350

This fee covers certification processing, preparation of manuals and training materials, and related administrative and production costs.

Any separately disclosed shipping, printing, or third-party payment processing fees are also non-refundable once incurred.

Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellation by the Institute

Live with Power Hypnosis Training Institute reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, change venue, change delivery format, or substitute faculty or trainers where reasonably necessary.

If the Institute cancels a program and does not offer a rescheduled date acceptable to the participant, the participant will receive a refund of the tuition paid for that program, or may elect to apply the amount paid as a credit toward a future program.

The Institute is not responsible for airfare, accommodation, travel costs, loss of income, or any other incidental or consequential expenses incurred by a participant, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, or within the period required by applicable law, using the original method of payment where reasonably possible.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights a participant may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law requires a different cancellation, refund, or notice period, the law will apply.
