WHAT TO ASK BEFORE
YOU TAKE NLP TRAINING

to whom you entrust it. Choose wisely”

Not all NLP courses are created equal…
The term “NLP” cannot be trademarked, making it unprotected by law, much like the word “Math.” This means there are individuals who claim NLP expertise without proper qualifications to teach or practice it.
Becoming an NLP practitioner doesn’t automatically make you a proficient therapist or a coach…
While NLP is highly effective in coaching therapeutic settings, its true potential is realized through consistent practice and mastery of its principles.
A reputable NLP practitioner training provides a solid, principle-based foundation for proficiency.
Without proper application within a logical framework, NLP techniques lose their effectiveness.
Key considerations for selecting a trainer:
People pursue NLP training for various reasons, including therapy, business and sales, teaching, and personal development. When choosing a trainer, it’s essential to consider your goals and needs carefully.
Before you enroll in an NLP training, here are some crucial questions to consider:
Does the NLP trainer hold a recognized NLP Trainers Certification and are they licensed as a trainer? Who trained them?
How many years has the trainer been involved in NLP training, specifically teaching NLP Certification courses?
What are the requirements for certification?
What is the trainer's experience, not only as a trainer but also as a clinical Practitioner of NLP? Some NLP trainers may lack client experience yet claim to teach others effectively.
What is the size of the training groups? Larger groups may not provide individualized attention necessary for professional application of NLP.
Can you communicate directly with the main trainer before the training begins?
Is it possible to speak with a previous student for a testimonial?
How long are the courses? We recommend a minimum of 8 days for NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training.
Is there post-training follow-up support?
What are the company policies regarding payments, refunds, etc.?
Are questions encouraged during training sessions?
What specific methodology is used in the training, and what are the criteria for certification at the Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels?
What will you receive upon completing the training? Ensure any offers are documented in writing.
Is the trainer qualified to issue certificates in hypnotherapy? Some trainers offer certifications without proper training, leading to dissatisfaction among graduates.
Will you receive ongoing support after the training?
If NLP assistants are utilized, how are they selected and trained?
What are the procedures for complaints if you are unsatisfied with the training?
Consider these questions carefully to ensure you choose the right NLP training program and do not waste time and money on a poor-quality NLP training.
